Hi, it's nice to meet you guys. I'm new on the forums here but have played gw for a little while. What do you guys think of this build i set up for my heroes? Any suggestions?

Id stick to a generic hybrid prot monk to be honest.

I thought this was a prot hero, all I see for protting is RoF and Guardian (mend doesn't count). You could at least add a Prot Spirit or Aegis or something since this is PvE.

Channeling is pretty weak in PvE as well. I'd also recommend something that's not Energy Drain, but I'm not coming up with alternatives off the top of my head.

You don't really see boonprot anymore because it's just not efficient anymore. WoH hybrids outclass pretty much anything else in a PvE standpoint.

Running Boonprot on a human will leave decent results, but inferior to a WoH Mashyabar. Running Boonprot on a hero will be like asking for failure.

well i have a woh/prot hybrid monk already, in fact, i kinda made this build because i was a little sick of it. I guess you guys are right after a little testing with the build, the monk hero can do well against some hard hitters with rof spam, but it's not as reliable as protective spirit and woh i guess. The only problem with the hybrid builds are that the heroes seem to run out of energy in extended fights. I may dump boon completely, but i like energy drain so far
